What we collect
Information you choose to give us through the contact and application forms: your name, your email address, your company or channel, and whatever you write in the message field. There are no other forms on this site.
Standard technical information that your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address and user agent. Our hosting provider processes this to serve the page and to block abuse.
Nothing else. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to assess an application to join the roster, and to keep the site available and secure. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and submitting a form does not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a defined period afterwards so that we can pick it up again if you come back to us. TO CONFIRM WITH ADVISER: the exact retention period, and the point at which applications from creators we did not sign are deleted.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that make the site and our replies work, acting as processors on our instructions: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and serves every page; Resend, which delivers the email generated by the forms; Sanity, which stores the published content; and Cloudinary, which delivers images and video. Email sent to us is received in Google Workspace.

Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. TO CONFIRM WITH ADVISER: the statutory basis under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the response window, and the name of the person responsible for answering these requests.
